I am proud to be the founder of "Self-ValYOU: Promoting Positive Personal Imagery," an award-winning positive self and body image mentoring & education program I started a few years ago as a result of a life-changing journey of fitness and mindset change. As an alumni of the Girls On The Run Program, I am proud to work with them as a volunteer for their programs, including their annual 5k race and their Power Of One Gala, and in 2019 I started an exciting new chapter with them as a Practice Partner Coach .
